We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Contact info@hovara.co.uk to start a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued after inspection; shipping fees are non-refundable. Final sale items aren’t eligible.
